When you visit, view, use, or access our website, any subdomains, or any applications, mobile applications, features, content, materials, interactive resources, or other online services provided by Rodrigo Albano VFX, whether as a guest or registered user, you agree to the following terms and conditions. You acknowledge and agree that by visiting, viewing, using, or accessing the Site, clicking “Agree,” “Buy Now,” “Send/Upload,” “Start Course,” or similar links, signing or confirming an Order of Purchase for any course or other contract incorporating these Terms of Use, that you have read, you understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, regardless of whether you are an unregistered guest and/or a registered user of the Site. 2. Registration, account and site access
To access the site, you will need to provide account information and other details. This information helps us create and maintain an account at Rodrigo Albano VFX for you, which is necessary to provide content and/or services related to the site. 3. Mentoring and courses
By purchasing one of the mentorships or courses on the Rodrigo Albano VFX website, you are granted individual and non-transferable access to the video lessons.
4. Copyrights and user obligations
4.1 The Rodrigo Albano VFX website contains materials protected by copyright, trademarks and intellectual property, including source code, video, text, software, photos, graphics, images, music and sound. You agree not to modify, publish, transmit, sell, create derivative works or exploit, in whole or in part, these materials. Proprietary Materials may only be accessed through the Site and not through any other website or medium. The License granted by these Terms of Use is a right of access solely through the Site and does not grant you any right to download or store any Proprietary Materials in any medium, except for download content that may be provided for certain training courses, such as exercise files, course slides, example code, scripts, etc. Automatically cached files stored by your internet browser for display purposes are allowed. In the event that we offer desktop, mobile or other applications for download, you may download a single copy of such application solely for your personal use and are subject to an applicable End User License Agreement. Authorized Transferable Materials are held by you under a revocable exclusive right and are subject to all restrictions described herein, including prohibition of transfer, sale, creation of derivative works or exploitation in any manner.
4.2 Consequences: By accepting these Terms of Use, you acknowledge that the violation of any intellectual property right described in this document may cause irreparable harm for which monetary damages would not be sufficient. As a result, we reserve the right to take legal action against you for any actual or threatened violation of these provisions, the remedy for which shall be cumulative and not exclusive. This may include seeking an injunction to prevent any actual or threatened violation of these provisions, as well as any other relief to which we may be entitled at law or in equity.
4.3 Third-Party Trademarks used on the Site are the exclusive property of their respective owners and may include registered trademarks, service marks, or logos. For example, the Houdini logo is a registered trademark of SideFX in its country of origin.
4.4 Copyright and Intellectual Property Infringement
We respect the intellectual property rights of third parties and ask that our users do the same. If we identify, at our sole discretion, that any material on the site may infringe third party rights, we may remove or disable access to it. 4.5 User Obligations:
• Provide truthful, accurate, and updated information in the site registration.
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, or international laws or regulations, including, but not limited to, copyright, intellectual property, privacy, and personal identity laws.

• Log out of the account at the end of each use on the site.
4.6 Prohibited User Conduct:
• Reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works, license, capture, download, save, upload, print, or otherwise transfer or retain information or content available on the Site, except with respect to Authorized Materials, subject to the limited permissions set forth herein;
• Manually or systematically extract information or data contained on the Site, other than the permitted use of Authorized Permitted Materials;
• Allow or provide others access to the Site using the Account Information or otherwise, or the Account Information of another authorized user;
• Represent or attempt to represent Rodrigo Albano VFX, an employee of Rodrigo Albano VFX, another user or any other person or entity (including, without limitation, using email addresses or account information associated with any of the foregoing) or provide false, incorrect, or knowingly misleading information;
• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, legal notices, or other proprietary markings from the Proprietary Materials or any other content available on the Site;
• Violate or attempt to violate the Site’s security mechanisms, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, or assist others in doing so, or violate the security of the Site or corrupt the Site in any way;
• Establish a link in a manner that suggests any form of association, approval, or endorsement on our part, without the prior written express authorization of an authorized representative of Rodrigo Albano VFX;
• Use any part of the Site to assist in the transmission or acquisition of any advertising or promotional material, including any “spam” or any other similar solicitation;

4.7 Restrict website use
We reserve the right to monitor the use of the site and to suspend, revoke, deny, disable or terminate your access if you violate any provisions of these Terms of Use, including those mentioned above, or if your usage behavior exceeds normal limits, as determined in our sole discretion. Normal limits will be defined solely by Rodrigo Albano VFX.
Geographical pricing and restrictions: The fees and taxes applicable to your purchase will be based on the country in which the purchase was made. To access the site later, you must always log in from the same country in which the purchase was made. If there is a need to change city or country, please contact Rodrigo Albano VFX.
5. Warranties and cancellations
You agree that we may deactivate your account if we believe that you have infringed upon the intellectual property rights of a third party, violated user-posted content, uploaded or transmitted unauthorized material, or acted in violation of these Terms of Use. You agree that such deactivation or termination for the reasons mentioned above may be effected without prior notice and that Rodrigo Albano VFX shall not be liable to you or any third party for any deactivation of your account or monetary termination.
6. Changes to the site or terms of use
6.1 Rodrigo Albano VFX may, at any time and without prior notice, modify, delete, or restrict any content or feature of the site, or any part of it. If you are dissatisfied with any change or deletion related to the service, your sole recourse is to stop using the site. We will not be responsible if, for any reason, the site or any part of it is not available at any time.
6.2 We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, as well as any documents, policies or terms incorporated by reference, at any time and in our sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Although we take reasonable steps to notify you of any changes or modifications, you agree to periodically review the Site to be aware of any changes. If you continue to use the Site and any other services provided by Rodrigo Albano VFX after the posting of such changes, this will be considered as conclusive acceptance of all amended or modified terms and conditions.
